Nick Abrams named 2025 Devlin Scholar

In partnership with The LeVeen - Roach Scholarship Fund of Secession Golf Club, Nick Abrams of Beaufort, SC, was named “Bruce Devlin Scholar” for 2025. 

Our goal is to help fund the higher education ambitions of students who display academic potential, share a connection to the game of golf and are active in their communities through volunteering.

 The LeVeen-Roach Scholarship Fund was founded in memory of two members, Jeffrey Earle LeVeen and Stephen Louis Roach of Secession Golf Club, who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.  In the belief that this horrific event should not define these wonderful men, this scholarship fund was born.  Their love of golf, devotion to Secession and appreciation of our Lowcountry community will forever live in the LeVeen-Roach Scholarship Fund.
